HairGrowth-Oil.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for a limited time on all U.S. merchandise orders $24.00+. For shipments totaling less than $23.99, there is a processing and handling delivery charge of $4.95 for USPS Ground. Orders over $24.00 ship for FREE for a limited time only—no promotion code needed.
If you are outside the USA, there is a flat fee of $6.95 for shipping your order to your destination. Your package should arrive within 10-20 business days after processing has been completed. HairGrowth-Oil is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order.
All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number which is sent to you as soon as your package is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, we will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing is complete, all orders ship in 1 business day. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS THAT MAY RESULT FROM USPS OR NATURAL OCCURRENCES.
How to Check Your Order Status
If you'd like to check the status of your order, please use the tracking # included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
About A Missed Package Delivery
USPS attempts to deliver a package 3 times, on 3 consecutive business days. After 3 delivery attempts USPS will send a postcard and hold the package for 7 business days. After that, they will return the package back to us. You can request that we reship your package, but there may be an additional shipping fee. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate USPS deliverable address.
What To Do If You Have Not Received Your Package Yet?
If you did not receive your package within 7 business days, please send an email with your order number and we will be happy to investigate.
What To Do If You If You Receive An Incorrect Item In Your Package.
You should e-mail your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a copy of the Order Summary and the Return Authorization (RA) number. You must return the merchandise within ten (10) calendar days after the return is approved. If the merchandise is not delivered to our warehouse within the authorized time period, the return will be canceled.
Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or assume responsibility for lost return shipments. The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. It is recommended that you ship your return via an insured service such as those offered by United Parcel Service (UPS), Unites States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express, etc.
Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), you will receive an email notification. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving your return. It will be credited to the same credit card used for your original purchase. Depending on the financial institution, it may take two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We are unable to refund any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of our error.
